BEST HEALER SETS FOR ESO

Writer: xGamx
Designer: xGamx
Patch: Waking Flame

Welcome to the Best Healer Sets for ESO guide! There are so many different sets in ESO that it can be a little overwhelming at times. Here, you will find many of the most commonly used and recommended sets, including Crafted Sets, Overland Sets, Monster Sets, Trial Sets, and more! Each category is listed alphabetically and features the set name, drop location, weight, gear pieces, traits required, and a set rating. The Set Rating is based on how viable the set is in the current patch, where and how it can be used, and the other set piece bonuses it offers. Each set has been commented on, going over any additional information you could want to know about it, including if the set pairs well with other sets.

When playing a support role such as Healer, it is best to gather as many sets as possible for maximum compatibility with any group. This list is always updating to the most current patch, so be sure to bookmark the page. The set tooltip link will be color-coded to display how difficult the set is to obtain on average, however, difficulty is of course a subjective matter. The color-code can be found below:

Very Easy | Easy | Challenging | Hard | Very Hard

Crafted Sets

Set Name: Law of Julianos
Set Rating:
Location:
Wrothgar and Player Homes.
Weight: Any.
Gear Pieces: All.
Traits Required: 6
Comments:
Law of Julianos is the best Crafted Set available to beginner Healers, whether you are still leveling or having just reached CP160. It provides the core stats needed by any Magicka user including Maximum Magicka, Spell Damage, and Spell Critical.

Set Name: Spell Parasite
Set Rating:
Location:
Blackreach – Western Skyrim and Player Homes.
Weight: Any.
Gear Pieces: All.
Traits Required: 3
Comments: Spell Parasite is perfect to pair with Law of Julianos and Willpower on a beginner Healer. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional core stats that any Magicka user needs. This set is a great stepping stone to prepare yourself before farming for a Monster Set.

Set Name: Torug’s Pact
Set Rating:
Location:
Deshaan, Stormhaven, Grahtwood, and Player Homes.
Weight: Any.
Gear Pieces: All.
Traits Required: 3
Comments: Torug’s Pact should only be used on Healers when paired with an Infused Crushing enchantment in a heavily Stamina-based group. This is because Stamina Damage Dealers are currently struggling with reaching the Physical Penetration stats needed for Trials. Using Torug’s Pact means you will be missing out on other, much better set bonuses, as it only provides additional Maximum Health and Armor.

Overland Sets

Set Name: Way of Martial Knowledge
Set Rating:
Location:
Craglorn and Guild Stores.
Weight: Light.
Gear Pieces: All.
Comments: Way of Martial Knowledge causes an enemy to take an additional 8% damage for 5 seconds after being Light Attacked by you while your Stamina is below 50%. This set can be used in Trials by Healers and is often paired with Z’en’s Redress. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Maximum Magicka and Spell Damage to further increase the value of your healing abilities. Way of Martial Knowledge can be tricky to utilize properly. It is easiest to keep your Stamina below 50% by roll dodging or slotting skills that cost Stamina, particularly Damage over Time effect skills while using Z’en’s Redress. Blocking will help keep your Stamina below 50% as it will halt your Stamina Recovery.

Set Name: Winter’s Respite
Set Rating:
Location:
Greymoor and Guild Stores.
Weight: Light.
Gear Pieces: All.
Comments: Winter’s Respite is great for beginner Healers looking to start replacing their Crafted Sets. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Maximum Magicka and Magicka Recovery to better your sustain and increase the value of your healing abilities. The set creates a circle of healing frost after casting an ability that leaves an effect on the ground, healing all group members inside. Winter’s Respite is most commonly slotted on the back bar while using Elemental Blockade for more control over where the circle is placed, promoting better group stacking and practice for other sets such as Vestment of Olorime.

Set Name: Wisdom of Vanus
Set Rating:
Location:
Summerset and Guild Stores.
Weight: Light.
Gear Pieces: All.
Comments: Wisdom of Vanus is great for beginner Healers looking to start replacing their Crafted Sets. The set grants Major Mending for 5 seconds after completing a fully charged Heavy Attack, increasing your healing done by 16%. The duration stacks with the Essence Drain passive from the Restoration Staff skill line. The 2-5 piece set bonuses offer additional Maximum Magicka, Magicka Recovery, and Spell Damage to better your sustain and increase the value of your healing abilities.

Dungeon Sets

Set Name: Elemental Catalyst
Set Rating:
Location:
Stone Garden
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: Elemental Catalyst should only be used in an organized group setting, as most times a Tank or Damage Dealer would use this set, commonly a Necromancer for best uptimes. Damaging an enemy applies an Elemental Weakness debuff to them, increasing their Critical Damage taken by 5% for 3 seconds for each element type, capped at 15%. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Maximum Magicka and Spell Critical to further increase the value of your healing abilities. Using this set as a Healer requires you to build around it, slotting at least one source of each type of elemental damage.

Set Name: Gossamer
Set Rating:
Location:
Cradle of Shadows
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: Gossamer grants Major Evasion to group members that you have healed for 1 second, reducing damage from area attacks by 20%. The duration lasts for only 1 second but is refreshed each time the targetted group member is healed by you. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Maximum Magicka and Magicka Recovery to better your sustain and increase the value of your healing abilities. Gossamer would most commonly be used in Trials that have a lot of enemy sourced Area of Effect damage such as Veteran Asylum Sanctorium.

Set Name: Hiti’s Hearth
Set Rating:
Location:
Icereach
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: Hiti’s Hearth is great for beginner Healers looking to start replacing their Crafted Sets. The set grants a Warming Aura upon healing yourself or a group member that restores Health and reduces the cost of sprint, block, and roll dodge by 5% for 10 seconds. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Maximum Magicka and Magicka Recovery to better your sustain and increase the value of your healing abilities.

Set Name: Hollowfang Thirst
Set Rating:
Location:
Moongrave Fane
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: Hollowfang Thirst is one of the best Healer sets in the current patch, and can be used in all content. While wearing the set, critically healing a group member or dealing critical damage spawns a blood ball at the target’s location. Once the blood ball bursts, all group members in the area have 1,750 Magicka restored and Minor Vitality applied to them, increasing their healing received by 8%. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Maximum Magicka and Spell Critical to increase the value of your healing abilities and chances to activate this set. Hollowfang Thirst is most commonly slotted on the back bar, paired with a Master Restoration Staff on the front bar. Doing so requires you to swap to your back bar every 9 seconds to reactivate the blood ball. This should occur naturally during a fight, but if you are not yet confident enough, you can slot Hollowfang Thirst on both bars instead.

Set Name: Jorvuld’s Guidance
Set Rating:
Location:
Scalecaller Peak
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: Jorvuld’s Guidance is a great Healer set that can be used in most content, but it is most commonly only used when paired with Roaring Opportunist. The set increases the duration of all Major buffs, Minor buffs, and damage shields you apply to yourself and group members by 40%. This is very useful on Healers as your main focus is buff uptimes. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Magicka Recovery and Healing Done to better your sustain and increase the value of your healing abilities.

Set Name: Sanctuary
Set Rating:
Location:
Banished Cells I and II
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: Sanctuary is a decent set for beginner Healers looking to start replacing their Crafted Sets. The set increases healing received for you and up to 11 group members within 10 meters of you. The 2-4 piece set bonuses could be better, offering additional Maximum Health, Maximum Magicka, and Healing Taken. It can also be used if you are having trouble keeping the group alive in more difficult content.

Set Name: Scorion’s Feast
Set Rating:
Location:
The Dread Cellar
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: Scorion’s Feast is an amazing set for beginner Healers looking to start replacing their Crafted Sets. The set has two effects that are activated through Heavy Attacks. Heavy Attacking once grants an Imbued Aura that increases Magicka Recovery and Stamina Recovery for you and 3 group members by 307 for 10 seconds. Heavy Attacking while you have an Imbued Aura active grants Overflow Aura instead. This effect increases Weapon Damage and Spell Damage for you and 3 group members by 307 for 10 seconds. This allows you to have both effects active per cooldown if you can manage your timer well. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Maximum Magicka, Magicka Recovery, Weapon Damage, and Spell Damage to better your sustain and increase the value of your healing abilities.

Set Name: Spell Power Cure
Set Rating:
Location:
White-Gold Tower
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: Spell Power Cure is one of the best Healer sets available in the current patch, and can be used in all content. While wearing the set, overhealing yourself or group members grants Major Courage, increasing Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 430 for 5 seconds. This occurs often if you keep your Heal over Time effects active. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Maximum Magicka and Spell Damage, increasing the value of your healing abilities. Spell Power Cure should be worn on your body pieces as to not “break” the set. Breaking Spell Power Cure will cause the buff to drop every time you swap weapons, resulting in low uptimes.

Set Name: Willpower
Set Rating:
Location:
Dungeon Finder Rewards and Guild Stores
Weight: None.
Item Pieces: Weapons and Jewelry.
Comments: Willpower is an amazing 3 piece set to pair with your Crafted Sets, offering additional Maximum Magicka and Spell Damage to increase the value of your healing abilities. It is relatively easy to obtain, whether you farm for it for yourself or purchase it for cheap on a Guild Store. The jewelry can drop in Healthy, Robust, and Arcane, so be sure that you purchase and/or equip the correct trait.

Set Name: The Worm’s Raiment
Set Rating:
Location:
Vaults of Madness
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: The Worm’s Raiment is great for beginner Healers looking to start replacing their Crafted Sets. The set increases Magicka Recovery for you and up to 11 group members within 28 meters of you, great for groups that are heavily Magicka-based that may need help sustaining. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Maximum Magicka, Magicka Recovery, and Spell Damage to better your sustain and increase the value of your healing abilities. Be aware that while this set is great for Healers that are just starting out, Tanks will often wear this set in Trials instead.

Set Name: Z’en’s Redress
Set Rating:
Location:
Lair of Maarselok
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: Z’en’s Redress should only be used in an organized group setting, as most times a Damage Dealer would use this set, commonly a Dragonknight for best uptimes. While wearing this set, your Light Attacks apply the Touch of Z’en to enemies for 20 seconds, increasing their damage taken by 1% for each Damage over Time effect you have placed on them, capped at 5%. This set can be used in Trials by Healers and is often paired with Way of Martial Knowledge. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Maximum Magicka, Magicka Recovery, and Spell Damage to better your sustain and increase the value of your healing abilities. Using this set as a Healer requires you to build around it, slotting at least 5 sources of Damage over Time effects.

Monster Sets

Set Name: Chokethorn
Set Rating:
Location:
Head: Veteran Elden Hollow I | Shoulders: Maj al-Ragoth’s Undaunted Chest
Weight: Any.
Item Pieces: Head and Shoulders.
Comments: Chokethorn is a decent set for beginner Healers looking to start replacing their Crafted Sets. Using a healing ability has a 33% chance to summon a strangler sapling to provide a huge Heal over Time effect to yourself or one group member. The 1 piece set bonus offers additional Magicka Recovery to better your sustain. Because this set only targets one group member every 10 seconds, it is much less viable in Trials.

Set Name: Earthgore
Set Rating:
Location:
Head: Veteran Bloodroot Forge | Shoulders: Urgalarg Chief-bane’s Undaunted Chest
Weight: Any.
Item Pieces: Head and Shoulders.
Comments: Earthgore is not commonly used any more due to only healing the lowest Health group member in the area and having a long cooldown. However, the Heal over Time effect is quite strong and only activates on a group member under 50% Health, meaning it could spare them. The 1 piece set bonus offers additional Healing Done, increasing the value of your healing abilities. While you should not rely on Earthgore alone, it is still very useful in some content such as Veteran Blackrose Prison to soak up enemy effects placed on the ground.

Set Name: Encratis’s Behemoth
Set Rating:
Location:
Head: Veteran Black Drake Villa | Shoulders: Urgalarg Chief-bane’s Undaunted Chest
Weight: Any.
Item Pieces: Head and Shoulders.
Comments: Encratis’s Behemoth is one of the best sets available in the current patch that can be used by Healers. While wearing the set, dealing Flame Damage grants you Behemoth’s Aura for 12 seconds that reaches up to 12 meters. Group members standing within the aura have their Flame Damage reduced by 5% and enemies standing within the aura have their Flame Damage increased by 5%. The radius is easy to see, promoting good group stacking. The 1 piece set bonus offers additional Maximum Magicka, increasing the value of your healing abilities. Some Classes can activate this set much easier than others. If the Class you are using has no source of Flame Damage, try enchanting one of your weapons with a Flame Damage glyph.

Set Name: Lord Warden
Set Rating:
Location:
Head: Veteran Imperial City Prison | Shoulders: Urgalarg Chief-bane’s Undaunted Chest
Weight: Any.
Item Pieces: Head and Shoulders.
Comments: Lord Warden is a good set for beginner Healers looking to start replacing their Crafted Sets. The set spawns an orb upon taking damage that increases Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance for you and your group members while standing within the radius. Lord Warden would most commonly be used in Trials to help Damage Dealers survive heavy hits. The 1 piece set bonus offers additional armor. Because this bonus is not a named Minor or Major Buff, it will stack with them.

Set Name: Magma Incarnate
Set Rating:
Location:
Head: Veteran The Dread Cellar | Shoulders: Urgalarg Chief-bane’s Undaunted Chest
Weight: Any.
Item Pieces: Head and Shoulders.
Comments: Magma Incarnate grants you or a group member Minor Courage and Minor Resolve upon being healed by a single target heal ability. The Daedric Energy then bounces to 3 other group members granting them the same buffs. This set can be very useful in organized Dungeons, and can even replace the Claw of Yolnakriin set in some situations, allowing your Tank to use a different set. The one drawback that this set has is the cooldown. The 1 piece bonus increases your Stamina Recovery and Magicka Recovery to better your sustain and survivability.

Set Name: Nightflame
Set Rating:
Location:
Head: Veteran Elden Hollow II | Shoulders: Maj al-Ragoth’s Undaunted Chest
Weight: Any.
Item Pieces: Head and Shoulders.
Comments: Nightflame is one of the best Healer sets available in the current patch, and can be used in all content. Healing yourself or a group member summons a totem that provides a strong Heal of Time effect while standing in the area. The 1 piece set bonus offers additional Maximum Magicka, increasing the value of your healing abilities. Nightflame is often used on Warden Healers to easily activate the Maturation passive to provide Minor Toughness and overheal group members to activate Spell Power Cure.

Set Name: Sentinel of Rkugamz
Set Rating:
Location:
Head: Veteran Darkshade Caverns I | Shoulders: Maj al-Ragoth’s Undaunted Chest
Weight: Any.
Item Pieces: Head and Shoulders.
Comments: Sentinel of Rkugamz is one of the best Healer sets available in the current patch, and can be used in all content. The Monster Set is easy to obtain on a Healer fresh out of the gates at CP160 and is even used in late-game content. Healing yourself or a group member will summon a Dwemer spider that heals and restores Magicka and Stamina to anyone in the area. The 1 piece set bonus offers additional Healing Done, increasing the value of your healing abilities. Sentinel of Rkugamz can be used on Warden Healers to activate the Maturation passive to provide Minor Toughness and overheal group members to activate Spell Power Cure.

Set Name: Symphony of Blades
Set Rating:
Location:
Head: Veteran Depths of Malatar | Shoulders: Urgalarg Chief-bane’s Undaunted Chest
Weight: Any.
Item Pieces: Head and Shoulders.
Comments: Symphony of Blades is one of the best Healer sets available in the current patch, and is most commonly used in Trials. While wearing the set, healing an ally who is under 50% of their primary resource grants them Meridia’s Favor, restoring 570 Magicka or Stamina every 1 second for 6 seconds. The 1 piece set bonus offers additional Healing Done, increasing the value of your healing abilities. Each group member is targeted individually and has their own cooldown.

Set Name: The Troll King
Set Rating:
Location:
Head: Veteran Blessed Crucible | Shoulders: Glirion the Redbeard’s Undaunted Chest
Weight: Any.
Item Pieces: Head and Shoulders.
Comments: The Troll King is a decent set for beginner Healers looking to start replacing their Crafted Sets. Healing yourself or a group member under 50% Health increases Health Recovery by 925 for 10 seconds. The 1 piece set bonus offers additional Healing Done, increasing the value of your healing abilities. Each member is targeted individually. Group members who choose to be vampires, notably Tanks in the current patch, will not receive the full amount of Health Recovery, depending on the stage they are at.

Trial Sets

Set Name: Healing Mage
Set Rating:
Location:
Aetherian Archive.
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: Healing Mage (Mending) is a good set for beginner Healers looking to start replacing their Crafted Sets. The set applies Minor Cowardice to all enemies within 10 meters of you upon casting an Area of Effect heal ability, reducing their Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 215 for 5 seconds. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Maximum Magicka, Magicka Recovery, and Healing Done to better your sustain and increase the value of your healing abilities. Healing Mage can be used in some content that you may find more difficult as the cooldown is only 3 seconds, meaning 100% uptime with this set is very easy to maintain.

Set Name: (Perfected) Roaring Opportunist
Set Rating:
Location:
(Veteran) Kyne’s Aegis.
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: (Perfected) Roaring Opportunist is one of the best Healer sets available in the current patch, and is most commonly used in Trials. Performing a fully-charged Heavy Attack provides Major Slayer to yourself and up to 5 group members, increasing damage done to Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 10%. Each time you must reapply the buff, you must Heavy Attack twice. Always pair this set with Jorvuld’s Guidance to maximize uptime. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Spell Penetration and Maximum Magicka, increasing the value of your healing abilities. The set also provides Minor Slayer, increasing damage done to Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%. There are two versions of this set, Perfected and non-Perfected. The Perfected version offers an additional 1,096 Maximum Magicka, allowing you to reach the duration cap easier. While this increase is certainly a benefit, do not feel like you can not heal without it.

Set Name: (Perfected) Saxhleel Champion
Set Rating:
Location:
(Veteran) Rockgrove.
Weight: Heavy.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: (Perfected) Saxhleel Champion is an amazing Healer set. Casting an Ultimate while in combat grants Major Force to you and up to 11 other group members for 1 second per 15 Ultimate spent, increasing Critical Damage done by 20%. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Maximum Magicka and Maximum Stamina, increasing the value of your healing abilities as well as your ability to survive through mechanics by blocking or roll dodging. The set also grants Minor Aegis, reducing your damage taken from Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%. This set would most commonly only be used on a Necromancer Healer on the back bar, allowing you to apply Major Force and Major Vulnerability with one Ultimate; Glacial Colossus. There are two versions of this set, Perfected and non-Perfected. The Perfected version offers an additional 1,096 Maximum Stamina. While this increase is certainly a benefit, do not feel like you can not heal without it.

Set Name: (Perfected) Stone-Talker’s Oath
Set Rating:
Location:
(Veteran) Rockgrove.
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: (Perfected) Stone-Talker’s Oath is one of the best Healer sets available in the current patch, and is most commonly used in Trials. Performing a fully-charged Heavy Attack places a soul bomb on an enemy. After 10 seconds, the bomb explodes, restoring 5% of the damage received as Stamina and Magicka to all group members within 16 meters of the explosion, up to 2,240 Stamina and Magicka. The sustain provided by this set is excellent for all group members. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Magicka Recovery to better your sustain. The set also grants Minor Aegis, reducing your damage taken from Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%. Stone-Talker’s Oath is most commonly slotted on the back bar, paired with a Master Restoration Staff on the front bar. Doing so requires you to swap to your back bar and Heavy Attack every 10 seconds to reapply the soul bomb. There are two versions of this set, Perfected and non-Perfected. The Perfected version offers an additional 1,096 Maximum Magicka. While this increase is certainly a benefit, do not feel like you can not heal without it.

Set Name: (Perfected) Vestment of Olorime
Set Rating:
Location:
(Veteran) Cloudrest.
Weight: Light.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: (Perfected) Vestment of Olorime is one of the best Healer sets available in the current patch, and is most commonly used in Trials. Casting an ability that leaves an effect on the ground in combat creates a circle of might for 5 seconds. The circle grants Major Courage to all group members standing within, increasing Weapon and Spell Damage by 430 for 20 seconds. The 2-4 piece set bonuses offer additional Magicka Recovery to better your sustain. The set also grants Minor Aegis, reducing your damage taken from Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%. Vestment of Olorime is most commonly slotted on the back bar while using Elemental Blockade for more control over where the circle is placed, promoting better group stacking. While this set offers easy 100% uptimes, Spell Power Cure can and will perform better in some content that requires the group to be more mobile. There are two versions of this set, Perfected and non-Perfected. The Perfected version offers an additional 1,096 Maximum Magicka. While this increase is certainly a benefit, do not feel like you can not heal without it.

PvP Sets

Set Name: Powerful Assault
Set Rating:
Location:
Imperial City Sewers and Guild Stores.
Weight: Medium.
Item Pieces: All.
Comments: Powerful Assault is a great Healer set, and can be used in all content. Be aware that Tanks will most commonly use this set. Casting an Assault ability increases Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 307 to up to 5 group members within 10 meters for 10 seconds. Because this is not a Minor or Major buff, it stacks very well with other sets such as Spell Power Cure. While any skill from the Assault skill line will activate the effect granted by this set, Echoing Vigor or Proximity Detonation are the top options depending on if you want to provide another source of healing or damage respectively. Because Powerful Assault is a medium armor set, it is best to wear it on your jewelry and back bar as a Healer.

Arena Sets

Set Name: (Perfected) Crushing Wall (Maelstrom Arena Destruction Staff)
Set Rating:
Location:
(Veteran) Maelstrom Arena.
Weight: None.
Item Pieces: Destruction Staff.
Comments: (Perfected) Crushing Wall offers more DPS to Healers utilizing a set piece on their front bar such as Roaring Opportunist. The set significantly increases your Light Attack and Heavy Attack damage to enemies standing in your Wall of Elements, meaning your Light Attack weaving will be even more rewarding. The effect works even while on your front bar, however, the set requires you to slot a variant of Wall of Elements for the effect to work. You can easily do without the Perfected version of this set as it only offers additional Spell Penetration to the skills on your back bar. As a Healer, you already have plenty of Spell Penetration.

Set Name: (Perfected) Grand Rejuvenation (Dragonstar Arena Restoration Staff)
Set Rating:
Location:
(Veteran) Dragonstar Arena.
Weight: None.
Item Pieces: Restoration Staff.
Comments: (Perfected) Grand Rejuvenation is one of the best Healer weapons available in the current patch, and can be used in all content. The initial heal of Grand Healing restores 117 Magicka and Stamina every 1 second for 4 seconds, helping immensely with group sustain. The set requires you to slot a variant of Grand Healing for the effect to trigger upon use. There are two versions of this set, Perfected and non-Perfected. The Perfected version offers an additional 877 Maximum Magicka. While this increase is certainly a benefit, do not feel like you can not use the set without it.

Set Name: (Perfected) Force Overflow (Vateshran Hollows Restoration Staff)
Set Rating:
Location:
(Veteran) Vateshran Hollows.
Weight: None.
Item Pieces: Restoration Staff.
Comments: (Perfected) Force Overflow is a good Healer weapon that can help immensely with group sustain in some Trials, however, the group must be able to stack properly. Casting Force Siphon on a target tethers you to them. You and group members in the tether restore 175 Magicka and Stamina every 1 second for 10 seconds. The set does not receive a higher rating because it requires you to slot a variant of Force Siphon for the effect to trigger upon use, a skill not often used by Healers. There are two versions of this set, Perfected and non-Perfected. The Perfected version offers an additional 877 Maximum Magicka. While this increase is certainly a benefit, do not feel like you can not use the set without it.

Set Name: (Perfected) Timeless Blessing (Asylum Sanctorium Restoration Staff)
Set Rating:
Location: (Veteran) Asylum Sanctorium.
Weight: None.
Item Pieces: Restoration Staff.
Comments: (Perfected) Timeless Blessing is a good Healer weapon that helps with your own sustain. Casting a variant of Blessing of Protection reduces the Magicka and Stamina cost of your healing abilities by 21% for 3 seconds. The set requires you to slot a variant of Blessing of Protection for the effect to trigger upon use. Timeless Blessing is most commonly used in Veteran Cloudrest. There are two versions of this set, Perfected and non-Perfected. The Perfected version offers an additional 877 Maximum Magicka. While this is certainly a benefit, do not feel like you can not use the set without it.
